About Us

AJ's Moonlight Bakery is a bakery catering company delivering custom fondant-draped wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and other celebration cakes to parties and events around the Silicon Valley and Peninsula of Northern California.

Amy Bone is the pastry chef and cake artist at AJ's Moonlight Bakery.  With degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and a BA in Art History from Purdue University, she creates delicious and creative custom celebration cakes.

Jeanne Diaz is the photographer and cake decorator taking inspiration from the sights and smells of the gourmet bakery.  Find her descriptions of the cakes on the AJ's Moonlight Bakery blog.
